Return Policy
Returns and refunds are only accepted for unused stock items (such as frames, stock riders, etc.). We do not accept returns on any customized or printed products. For eligible returns, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding the original shipping and handling fees, provided the return is made within thirty (30) days of the original shipment date and the item is returned in "like new" condition. You are responsible for all return shipping and handling charges, and you assume the risk of loss during return transit. A restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) will be applied to all returned items. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase on our Website. Any refund or credit will be processed after the returned item(s) have been received, inspected, approved and restocked.
